Legal withdrawal period
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty. Once you have communicated your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, you have a further 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers outside the European Union.
Contractual withdrawal period
At Kids-world.us we offer you the possibility of exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the products. You then have a further period of 14 days from notification of your decision to cancel to return the product(s) concerned.
In the case of an order containing several products, placed on Kids-world.com, the 14-day period for communicating your decision to cancel runs from receipt of the last product.
Details of how to exercise your right of withdrawal are given below.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the period specified in 24.2, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the cost of shipping will be reimbursed, with the cost of returning the product(s) remaining at your expense.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to enable them to be remarketed as new, and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimum management. In the event of product depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product, you may be held liable.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions, you will find below, in the appendix, the standard withdrawal form to be sent to us at the following address: [email protected]. You may exercise your right of withdrawal by any means, and in particular by post or e-mail to [email protected] expressing your wish to withdraw without any ambiguity, and mentioning the order concerned by this withdrawal.
Once the retraction form or declaration has been sent to Kids-world within 14 days of receipt of your order at the latest, you must return the product(s) concerned to the address of Kids-world.com, within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within 14 days of sending the retraction form or declaration.
In accordance with Council Regulation No. 1182/71/EEC of June 3, 1971 determining the rules applicable to periods, dates and terms :
1° The day on which the contract is concluded or the day on which the goods are received is not included in the period mentioned in article L. 221-18 ;
2° The period begins at the start of the first hour of the first day and ends at the end of the last hour of the last day of the period;
3° If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
Where the information relating to the right of withdrawal has not been provided to the consumer under the conditions set out in 2° of article L. 221-5, the withdrawal period is extended by twelve months from the expiry of the initial withdrawal period, determined in accordance with article L. 221-18.
However, where the provision of this information occurs during this extension, the withdrawal period expires at the end of a period of fourteen days from the day on which the consumer received this information.
The burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised under the conditions set out in article L. 221-21 lies with the consumer.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Kids-world.com will reimburse the sums paid (including delivery costs) within 14 days of the date on which Kids-world.com is informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment as that used for the order (unless you expressly agree to reimbursement by another means of payment). This refund date may be deferred until the product has been recovered or until you have provided proof of shipment of the product, whichever comes first. Kids-world.com is not obliged to reimburse you for additional costs if you have expressly chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery method offered on Kids-world.com
However, in the event of full or partial payment by gift vouchers, these cannot be reimbursed in cash, by cheque or by credit card. Purchases made with gift vouchers will be reimbursed exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for an amount identical to that paid in this form.
Cash on delivery will not be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
In the event of a size exchange, we will reimburse the full cost of the return shipment, up to a maximum of €5
